Meet Your Counsellor

I provide counselling therapy to clients facing challenges at all stages of life.

I help people who are stuck in the same relationship patterns and want to understand why such patterns keep showing up - and how to change them.  

You might notice yourself people-pleasing, pulling away when things get close, feeling anxious or overwhelmed in relationships, or repeating dynamics that leave you feeling unseen, too much or not enough.  

In counselling, we explore where patterns come from, how they're affecting you now, and how to build new ways of relating - to others and yourself - that work for you now and feel more genuine.

More broadly, I work with clients dealing with -

  • Relationship problems

  • Family/parenting dynamics

  • Work stress

  • Grief

  • Loss

  • Change

  • Low mood and depression

  • Anxiety and panic attacks

  • Isolation and loneliness

Sessions are 50 minutes in length.  I offer a free initial 20-minute chat to all potential clients.  This is to ensure that I'm the right therapist for you.
