Sessions and Fees

Each counselling session lasts 50 minutes. 

Before we work together, I offer a free, 20-minute consultation to ensure I'm the right therapist for you.

I work from dedicated therapy rooms in Harpenden, 
St Albans and Kings Langley. 

I also work online, using platforms that include Teams and Zoom. 

Sessions cost £50.
